Mickey John, formerly with "Detour", "Sly Billy", "Wild Heart", and "Mickey John & Runaway Country", brings his fronting capabilities to the band.  As the front man and lead singer, Mick is always ready to mix it up with the crowd and make new friends.  He plays acoustic and electric rhythm guitar as well as providing a touch of mandolin to the show.  Mick also serves as the booking and website manager.

Lead guitar duties are handled by Rick Schneider.  Rick also plays steel guitar and fiddle for BLUE STEEL.  He was most recently with "Country Storm".  Rick was also with "Denny Dean and the Cadillac Cowboyz".  Rick played with a local legend, Frank James & the Gang.  He also played with "Mickey John & Runaway Country".  Rick is quite frankly very talented.  He's one heck of a musician and he also handles some lead vocal responsibilities as well as being one of the band's primary harmony singers.

Dale Schwoerer is BACK and we are very happy to have him back on the team.  We do truly appreciate the others that we had the opportunity to play with.  However, we are thrilled to have our extremely talented friend and brother back with us.  Dale is perhaps the best!  He brings excellent vocals to the mix and works hard to provide the musical foundation for the band.

Wally Splettstoesser is taking over as the band's bass guitarist.  He has a tremendous amount of experience and talent.  Wally's vocal contribution is excellent and his very friendly personality makes him a wonderful addition to the Blue Steel Band.  We have all had past experience with Wally and we look forward to the "fun" that he brings to the stage and the work ethic that he puts in behind the scenes.
